Regulation 5-1-8. Concerning Claims Made Insurance Policies
Although the provisions of Regulation 5-1-8 do NOT apply to surplus lines placements it is not uncommon for surplus lines producers to place claims made policies with admitted insurers. Therefore we have included this information to assist them in compliance with such placements
