As part of our community outreach the Association has engaged with the University of Colorado to encourage young graduates to join our industry. We co teach a approved 3 credit class titled “Introduction to Surplus Lines Insurance”. At the end of the class students participate in a week long trip to London to visit Lloyd’s, brokers and London companies. To date over 100 students have participated in this joint venture.
